| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Pilishi Huoxue recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with lipid metabolic disorder.[Methods] Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lipid metabolism disorder were divided into 2 groups according to the digital random table method. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the treatment group was given the Chinese medicine Pilishi Huoxue recipe orally administration. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), two hours postprandial blood glucose (2 HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), total cholesterol (TC), three acyl glycerin (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and serum lipoprotein lipase (LPL), interleukin (IL)-6, IL-17 and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) were compared, the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.[Results] FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG and LDL-C of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01), and hdl-c of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Serum LPL, il-6, il-17 and TNF-q were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion] Chinese medicine Pilishi Huoxue recipe can effectively control blood glucose, improve lipid metabolism disorder, reduce serum inflammatory factors, and it has significant effect in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lipid metabolism disorder. |
