Abstract
|
[Objective] In order to analyze the medication rule of professor AN Ayue in the treatment of slow wound healing after anal fistula operation on account of data mining technology.[Methods] We collected cases of slow wound healing after anal fistula operation which were treated by Ayue teacher from July 2014 to June 2018. Construct MySQL database based on "main symptoms, concurrent symptoms, tongue manifestation, pulse condition, syndrome differentiation, treatment and prescriptions". Using Python language to build analysis system, statistical analysis was made on the dialectical medication law of professor AN Ayue for slow wound healing after anal fistula surgery.[Results] A total of 306 cases of slow wound healing after anal fistula operation were included. The most common syndromes are yin deficiency inner heat, insufficiency of qi and blood, discordance of spleen and stomach, heat-poison in the interior, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The most frequently used drugs were angelica, radix rehmanniae, radix astragali, radix astragali, and purslane.[Conclusion] The deficient syndrome is the most common type in slow wound healing after anal fistula operation which includes yin deficiency, blood deficiency, qi deficiency. Dialectical thinking of paying attention to "harmonizing blood" in clinical treatment. The results of data mining objectively reflect the clinical thinking and experience of AN Ayue in treating the slow healing wound after anal fistula operation. |
