Abstract
[Objective] To elucidate the mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury by analyzing the locally differentially expressed genes after the treatment of peripheral nerve injury.[Methods] A rat model of sciatic nerve transection injury was selected and randomly divided into a blank group, a model group and an electroacupuncture model group. The sciatic nerve at the site of injury was taken 6 days after electroacupuncture. The differentially expressed genes were screened by high-throughput technology, and the differentially expressed genes were analyzed by GO function analysis and KEGG pathway analysis.[Results] Compared with the blank group, three thousand and one differentially expressed genes were up-regulated and 1 169 differentially expressed genes were down-regulated in the model group. Cupping model group compared with model group, expression level difference 24 genes, genetic variations cut 80, GO analysis results and KEGG enrichment analysis results, the screen may be associated with cupping in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury eight pathways:leukocyte transendothelial pathways, serotonergic synapse pathways, calcium signaling pathway, tight junction pathways, focal adhesion pathway and regulation of actin cytoskeleton pathway.[Conclusion] Electroacupuncture may change the microenvironment of peripheral nerve repair and regeneration by changing the cell potential balance, the regeneration of axon regenerated skeleton structure and the migration of white blood cells, thus promoting the regeneration of damaged nerve.
