Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish the method of differential concentration for determining the content of polygalaxanthone Ⅲ (PXⅢ), 3, 6'-disinapoyl sucrose (DISS) and glycyrrhizic acid (GA) in Radix Polygalae and its processed products. GA was used as the marker to distinguish Polygalae Radix processed by gancao decoction from Radix Polygalae (raw) and honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae.[Methods] UPLC analysis was carried out by the mobile phase of methanol and 0.1% formic acid in a gradient elution mode at 0.3 mL/min. The column temperature was fixed at 60℃. The detection wavelengths were 320 nm and 237 nm. 2 μL sample solution was directly injected for analysis. GA at low-content was detected by the high-concentration sample solution, and PXⅢ, DISS at high-content was detected by the low-concentration sample solution.[Results] The content of PXIII, DISS and GA was simultaneously detected in Radix Polygalae and its processed products by the method of differential concentration.[Conclusion] This method was sensitive and accurate. GA can be used as marker to distinguish Polygalae Radix processed by gancao decoction from Radix Polygalae and honey-stir-baked Radix Polygalae. |
