Abstract
[Objective] to explore the formation mechanism of anti-guanmai and the significance of syndrome differentiation in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and to seek the appropriate syndrome differentiation method.[Methods] by summing up the understanding of the formation mechanism of normal pulse and anti-guanmai in TCM classics and modern anatomy, the different views of ancient doctors and modern doctors on the clinical dialectical significance of anti-guanmai were summarized. This paper puts forward a new opinion on the clinical diagnosis of the reverse pulse.[Results] both Chinese and Western medicine believed that the anti-guanmai was caused by the deviation of pulse channel or meridian, but it was difficult for doctors to choose the diagnosis and treatment of anti-guanmai in the past dynasties. The author thinks that although the anti-guanmai is different from the inch mouth pulse, it can not provide the information of the three parts and nine syndromes and each viscera in detail, but it can provide the dialectical basis from the qi and blood. therefore, the author thinks that in the clinical diagnosis and treatment, aiming at the patients with the anti-guanmai, Zang-fu syndrome differentiation is not very suitable, the choice of qi and blood dialectical, with the eight-class pulse method and participate in the four diagnosis and treatment is more appropriate.[Conclusion] Pulse diagnosis is the characteristic diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. grasping the mechanism and significance of anti-guanmai and clinical syndrome differentiation method is helpful to perfect the pulse diagnosis system of traditional Chinese medicine.
