| [Objective] To summarize the etiology, pathogenesis and prescription of constipation in children from the theory of five-viscera correlation.[Methods] Through the database of CNKI, VIP and WanFang net and reference to literature for discussion.[Results] Pediatric constipation was closely related to the liver, spleen, lung and kidney, and the pediatric constipation symptoms could be reduced by using the method of clinical viscera syndrome differentiation.[Conclusion] Five-viscera can make pediatric constipation. From five viscera syndrome differentiation to treat pediatric constipation can improve clinical symptoms obviously. |
