Diabetic cardiomyopathy has both "quenching" and "heart disease" symptoms, which can be understood as a syndrome of diabetes. It can be named as "diabetes heart disease". Diabetes is based on yin deficiency and torridness, extends to "heart disease". Turbidity, blood stasis and other tangible real evils pay attention to the chest and veins, and throughout the period, all evils and mutual help for abuse. In the early stage,it is necessary to supplement the heart and qi and yin. In the middle stage,it is important to pay attention to phlegm and blood stasis. To the later stage, nourishing yin and warming the yang, and tonifying the qi and removing the qi,do not stick to one,and the clinical evidence should be discerned. |
