| At present,traditional Chinese medicine treats glaucoma mostly from the perspectives of stagnation of liver-qi,deficiency of liver and kidney,phlegm-dampness stagnation and so on. Through theoretical discussion on the treatment of glaucoma with the method of reconciling Shaoyang,this paper emphasizes that when treating glaucoma with traditional Chinese medicine,we should start with reconciliation of Shaoyang and treat it based on the liver. Liver is the main source of blood,relieving bleeding and opening the eyes,and the whole body's qi-blood movement,especially the eye qi-blood movement. The operation plays an important role. The method of reconciling Shaoyang to treat glaucoma has a good guiding role in clinical practice. |
