| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Based on revealing the micro mechanism of how traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) contitution affects ovarian cancer,this paper intense to make exploratory research on the TCM constitutional adjustment theory's application in ovarian cancer.[Methods] By using "Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table",the sample data of 34 ovarian cancer patients is collected in department of gynaecology ward of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,as well as the data of CA199 and CA125. To make regression analysis,model 1 with CA199 as dependent variable and model 2 with CA125 as dependent variable have been built,in which the questions in "Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table" are independent variables.[Results] As to constitution types,all of the patients are mixed biased constitutions. As to the regression analysis of the two models,in model 1,its adjusted R2 is 0.999,F-statistics is 879.420(P=0.025),so that the overall fitting degree of regression equations of model 1 is acceptable. In model 2,its adjusted R2 is 0.682,F-statistics is 3.216(P=0.419),so that the overall fitting degree of regression equations of model 2 is unacceptable. Due to the multicollinearity,model 1 is modified. In modified model 1,its adjusted R2 is 0.819,F-statistics is 10.327(P<0.05). Thus,the overall fitting degree of regression equations of modified model 1 is acceptable.[Conclusion] On one hand,mixed constitutions widely exist. On the other hand,micro factor may partly explain the pathological of ovarian cancer in the perspective of TCM constitution,which shows a way to put adjustable theories of TCM constitution into use and research on curing ovarian cancer. |
