Abstract
|
With the increasing incidence of cancer year by year, malignant tumor has become one of the main factors that harm human health. In recent years, researchers have explored the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine as a substitute of traditional cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy drugs, but most of the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine are poorly water-soluble,which leads to low oral absorption rate, fast metabolism, and limits its clinical application. Nano-formulations delivery system can improve the water solubility of drugs,in addition,it has the advantages of targeting cells and promoting cell uptake. In this paper, the research progress of targeted treatment of tumor with nano-formulations of effective components of Traditional Chinese Medicine is summarized. |
