| “Inhibited flow of blood is water" comes from the fourteenth chapter of synopsis of the golden chamber and syndrome of "water"qi disease. It is the first time that ZHANG Zhongjing put forward the guiding ideology of treating water qi disease from blood stasis. Cancer ascites often appears in the middle and late stages of tumor patients' disease development,which belongs to the category of diseases such as "bloating" in traditional Chinese medicine. Its pathogenesis is closely related to the idea that "blood disadvantageous is water",Professor Jie summed up the basic pathogenesis of cancerous ascites as yang deficiency,cold coagulation and water stasis. He thought that yang deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis and water dampness were the key factors of the pathogenesis. Clinically,the basic principles of warming yang,promoting qi,promoting blood circulation and benefiting water were often used as the treatment,and good results were achieved. |
