Preparation of anti acne nanoemulsion gel and its effect on rabbit ear acne model

Abstract
    [Objective] To prepare nanoemulsion gel by combining esculin,glbridin and resveratrol and to observe the therapeutic effect of rabbit ear acne model.[Methods] Nanoemulsion was prepared by dropwise addition and 3 active components were determined by HPLC. Oleic acid was used to establish a rabbit ear model of acne. HE staining was performed to confirm the success of acne modeling. The rabbit were divided into nanoemulsion gel group,blank nanoemulsion gel group,VA group,saline group. After seven days,observe the therapeutic effect of every group.[Results] The nanoemulsion gel containing esculin,glbridin and resveratrol was prepared successfully. The average size of the nanoemulsion was (11.5±0.26) nm,PDI was 0.195±0.004 and Zeta potential was(-11.9±0.1)mV. The encapsulation efficiency of esculin,resveratrol and glbridin were (91.53±0.72)%、(92.85±0.37)% and(91.26±1.15)% respectively. The results of naked eye observation and HE staining showed that the gel had good effect on rabbit ear acne model.[Conclusion] The nanoemulsion gel prepared by the combination of esculin,glbridin and resveratrold component has a good therapeutic effect on acne.
