| [Objective] Based on data mining technology to explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ancient compound treatment of lung cancer.[Methods] Taking the Chinese prescription database as the retrieval database,searched the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ancient prescription for treating "Fei Ji" and "Xi Ben",established Chinese herbal ancient compound in the treatment of lung cancer prescription database,and used Excel,SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Modeler14.0 software for frequency and frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association analysis,and then the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the regularity of TCM ancient compound medication was conducted.[Results] Chinese herbal ancient compound treatment of lung cancer involves 40 prescriptions,110 kinds of Chinese medicine,38 flavors of high frequency herbs,Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma ginseng,Semen arecae,Radix aucklandiae are commonly used;interior-warming,tonifying and regulating qi,and relieving cough and asthma drugs are most commonly used;the clustering analysis of core herbs showed 5 classifications;according to the analysis of association rules that the degree of support was>10%,the rules in pair herbs were 21,in 3 herbs were 60.[Conclusion] Medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in treating lung cancer is dominated by the method of reinforcing deficiency and reducing diarrhea,mostly use Wen yang Yi qi,nourishing yin and nourishing blood and clearing heat,phlegm,cough,solution table,row gas vitality and other methods for selecting the corresponding TCM prescription to treat the disease. |
