Abstract
|
[Objective] We summarize the clinical diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of epilepsy in children,and use it to evaluate the clinical consistency of the Guidelines for Pediatric Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment in Chinese Medicine:Pediatric Epilepsy.[Methods] Using prospective case investigation analysis method,the selecting of different regions in 10 third-grade hospitals as the unit of investigation,collection of nearly one year, a total of 200 cases children with epilepsy,and the data is analyzed by means of frequency based on a statistical analysis.[Results] There is a high consistency between the use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric convulsive disorders.[Conclusion] It is indicated that the revision of the guide is in accordance with the clinical situation,and it has instructive significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy. |
