Abstract
|
The development of the new generation of information technology is driving the manufacturing to digital and intelligent industries. This review takes the pharmaceuticaldrying process as an example, and summarizes the application of data-driven process optimization modeling related technologies and methods in solving the problem of drug quality and cost optimization. We focus on the information fusion of process data, the model based process optimization and the adaptive process optimization. By analyzing and comparing the characteristics of various methods,we show the advantages of data-driven process modeling for optimization of complex process control and its important role in enabling intelligent process control and management. |
