Abstract
Professor LI Sining has been engaged in clinical research of cardiovascular disease and nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years, and has accumulated rich and valuable experience in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy. Professor LI believes that although the pathogenesis of hypertensive nephropathy is a mixture of deficiency and excess, the kidney collaterals and blood stasis run through the pathogenesis all the time, and the medication should refer to the seasonal climate. Based on this,Professor LI puts forward the innovative treatment of hypertensive nephropathy "promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals as the basis, taking medication according to season and climate as the criterion",which achieves good clinical effect.
