Abstract
|
Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main methods for clinical treatment of malignant tumors, and myelosuppression is the main side effect, which directly affects the efficacy, prognosis and outcome of patients during radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Prevention and treatment of myelosuppression is the key to the success of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for malignant tumors. From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, radiotherapy and chemotherapy as a poisonous evil, invading the body, hiding without attacking or minor attacking, accumulated for a long time into "Latent toxin",thereby affecting the viscera, and even the physiological function of the medullary network, leading cancer patients myelosuppression occurs. This article discusses the relationship between "Latent toxin" and myelosuppression, and combines the relationship between the spleen and kidney and the blood, and believes that "Latent toxin" can affect the onset and treatment of myelosuppression in many aspects. |
