| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Qilian Tongxie Granule in treating acute gastroenteritis(hygrothermic syndrome) with a dose of pain and diarrhea.[Methods] The patients who met the case were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Western medicine. The experimental group was treated with oral Qinlian Tongxie granule and returned the next day. The observed indicators are the two groups of main curative effects(antidiarrhea) and secondary curative effects(slow pain,antiemetic,etc.). The total effective rate is the sum of recovery,apparent effect,and efficient effect.[Results] 1)The main curative effect:the total clinical efficiency of the control group was 77.5%,and the total clinical efficiency of the experimental group was 85%. There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). 2)Secondary efficacy:The total clinical efficiency of the control group and the experimental group was 88.95% and 95.1%,respectively. There were differences in the tests,the rate of abdominal pain and vomiting and the incidence of side effects were observed respectively. It was found that the effective rate of abdominal pain and antiemesis in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of side effects was not statistically significant (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Zhitong Tongxie Granule is effective in treating acute entergastritis (damp heat syndrome). The effect of antidiarrheal is similar to that of Western medicine. The effect of antiemetic antiemetic effect is superior to western medicine. It is highly safe and worthy of clinical application and further study. |
