| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Tetrastigma obtectumhas lead to the isolation of two new indole alkaloids.[Methods] Spectral analysis was used for identification. Compounds 1 and 2 were treated in the anti-tumor metastasis screening experiment in MDA-MB-231 cell lines.[Results] Two new indole alkaloids were found in Tetrastigma obtectum, named tetrastigmanine A (1) and B (2).[Conclusion] In the anti-tumor metastasis screening experiment in MDA-MB-231 cell lines, compounds 1 and 2 revealed positive effects on anti-tumor metastasis. |
