| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To explore the ways and methods of Chinese medicine treatment of Alzheimer's disease with mental symptoms,with a view to seek for the method of relieving the cognitive decline and psychiatric symptoms of the patients.[Methods] System query the related literatures and ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,including theoretical analysis and experimental drugs,experimental animals and clinical observation,and collected the study of the literatures on the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with mental symptoms with statistical significance,about the theory,Clinical and other aspects of the study of dementia and insanity.[Results] The pathological basis of dementia Alzheimer's disease with mental symptoms are stagnation of kidney qi and deficiency liver depression stagnation as well as phlegm and blood stasis. It can be used to treat dementia by the method of tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver and benefiting the deity,clearing the phlegm and removing blood stasis. Combined with catharsis to open ghost gate to improve their cognitive and reduce mental symptoms.[Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine can be used to treat dementia Alzheimer's disease with mental symptoms,thereby improving cognitive decline in patients and reduce psychiatric symptoms in patients. |
