Abstract

Introducing Professor XIE Faliang's opinion of traditional Chinese medicine and his clinical experience in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Through investigation of his case and literature,the analysis and summary concluded that Professor XIE divided hyperthyroidism into two stages:the early stage was mainly empirical,including phlegm-stagnation type,stagnation heat type and heat burning into stasis,phlegm-stasis type; the later stage was mainly deficiency and excess syndrome,including heart and liver yin deficiency type and qi and yin deficiency type. Namely divided into three types of sthenic syndrome,two types of mixture of asthenia and sthenia syndrome. Two proven cases were presented to support. |
