Abstract
|
The 2019 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Coronary Syndrome published by the European Society of Cardiology proposes a new concept of chronic coronary syndrome (CCS). CCS can be classified into "chest paralysis","heartache" and other categories. By tracing the origin and progress of phlegm and blood stasis,CCS and phlegm and blood stasis have a strong correlation in the etiology, pathogenesis and morbidity characteristics, with the characteristics of hidden attack, lingering, extensive and variable. Its essence is based on false standards, phlegm and blood stasis are both pathological products and pathogenic factors. Based on this, the treatment methods of protecting the heart, spleen and kidney, warming Yang and benefiting qi to cure the root, and phlegm and stasis to cure the symptoms are proposed. Provide reference for clinical research and treatment. |
