| Abstract

| [Objective] Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform Software (V2.5),to analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine compound for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.[Methods] The medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the past 10 years in three databases were analyzed,including four qi and five flavor meridian tropism analysis,frequency and frequency analysis,cluster analysis and correlation analysis.[Result] In the past ten years,the 190 prescriptions and 120 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Most of them were warm,followed by cold and peaceful;most of them were bitter,followed by sweet and pungent;31 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were commonly used,such as Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis and safflower,etc. After cluster analysis,the 18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were obtained.[Conclusion] Huoxue Tongluo,Yiqi Buxu,Huatan Sanjie are the main methods for treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. |
