Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effects of exercise imagination combined with respiratory training on pulmonary function in stroke patients.[Methods] From May 2017 to May 2018,seventy six stroke patients who received rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation department of affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan and met the inclusion criteria were observed, and were randomly divided into the combined exercise imagination breathing training group (hereinafter referred to as the combined training group),the respiratory training group and the control group. Control group of 25 patients received routine rehabilitation training (PT,OT),each time 30 min, once a day,5 times a week,a total of 12 weeks. Respiratory training group on the basis of the 25 patients with breathing exercises, each time 30min,twice a day,10 times a week,a total of 12 weeks. In the combined training group, the 26 patients were added with exercise imagination training on the basis of breathing training group, each time for 15min,twice a day,10 times a week, for a total of 12 weeks. Before and after the three groups of participants in the training of the inspiratory muscle function and pulmonary ventilation function evaluation, determination of MIP,PIF,FVC,PEF,MVV is,FEV1 data.[Results] After 12 weeks of rehabilitation training, the detection indexes of both the combined training group and the respiratory training group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the combined training group was superior to the respiratory training group in improving the indicators of FVC,MVV and FEV1 (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Respiratory training combined with rehabilitation training can improve the inspiratory muscle function and pulmonary ventilation function of stroke patients, and exercise imagination combined with respiratory training and rehabilitation training can improve the inspiratory muscle function and pulmonary ventilation function of stroke patients better. Inspiratory muscle function and pulmonary ventilation function are important components of pulmonary function. Through improving the inspiratory muscle function and pulmonary ventilation function of stroke patients, and then improve the pulmonary function. It has better clinical application value to improve lung function.
