Abstract
|
[Objective] To analyze the main chemical constituents of traditional Chinese medicine compound Veratrum by using UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technology.[Methods] Using CORTECS C18 chromatographic column (2.1 mm×100 mm,1.6 μm) with 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (A) and acetonitrile (B) as mobile phase for gradient elution. The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,the column temperature was 40℃. The mass spectrometer uses an electrospray ion source (ESI) to detect in positive and negative ion modes respectively. The compounds were identified by the processed information of Agilent Masshunter Qualitative Analysis software,as well as Metlin database, the literature and reference substance.[Results] A total of forty-seven chemical components in Veratrum were identified and predicted, including alkaloids, flavonoids, organic acids, and other types.[Conclusion] A simple, rapid, and accurate method for analyzing the chemical components in Veratrum was established, which provides a theoretical basis for elucidating the medicinal material basis and optimizing the quality control indicators of Veratrum. |
