Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore and analyze the rule of Professor ZHANG Boli's prescription for treating stroke diseases.[Methods] The drug names in 351 prescriptions for treating stroke were standardized,and the prescriptions were analyzed by data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,and cluster analysis.[Results] In the treatment of stroke,the top five high-frequency drugs used by Professor Zhang was Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Curcumae Radix,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Mori Ramulus and Prunellae Spica in descending order. The selected drugs were cold,flat and warm in the nature,while were bitter,sweet,and spice in flavor. The drugs used were mainly based on the Liver Meridian. At the same time,the spleen,stomach,kidney,and lungs are balanced. In treatment,the method used is good at promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dispelling wind dampness and heat,clearing heat and purging fire,while taking tonicity into account (tonifying yin,yang,blood and qi),calming liver yang,relieving wind and stopping spasm,clearing away heat and dampness.[Conclusion] Professor Zhang's treatment of stroke is based on phlegm,stasis and deficiency according to the specific clinical symptoms of the patients,while attention is paid to the treatment of sputum and stasis. |
