Abstract
[Objective] To analyze chemical constituents from water extract, ethanol extract and CO2 supercritical extract of aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis.[Methods] HPLC uses Agilent SB-C18 analytical column,acetonitrile-0.5% formic acid solution gradient elution, volume flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volum 10 μL under 280 nm detection wavelength. Mass spectrometry uses electrospray ion source, negative ion mode.[Results] In water extract,9 compounds were identified mainly consists of flavonoids (alcohols) glycosides. A total of 14 compounds were identified in ethanol extract, mainly flavonoids (alcohols) aglycones and isopentenyl flavone. In CO2 supercritical extract,10 compounds were identified, mainly isopentenyl flavone.[Conclusion] Extracts of different extraction methods with different properties are acquired providing basis for further research.
