| Abstract

| Granulomatous mastitis is a kind of benign disease. Surgery is the main treatment. For the refractory type,it is often delayed and refractory,and the recurrence rate is high. The author inherits Professor FANG Dingya's academic thought of "heat poison injures collaterals",focuses on the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,principles and methods of treatment,discusses the treatment from "poison",uses internal and external application for syndrome differentiation treatment,and makes good use of Simiao Yong'an Decoction,which has achieved good clinical effect. |
