Abstract
|
[Objective] Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (TCMISS V2.5) software,we analyzed the medication rules of all commonly used herbs,herbal compatibility rules in the treatment of strokes in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription to provide methods for treating stroke.[Methods] Collect and screen the prescriptions in the index of attending diseases in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription for "stroke","stroke excess" and "stroke prostration",and input them into TCMISS V2.5 software,and summarize the high-frequency herbs,high-frequency herbal combinations,etc.,in order to explore the compatibility rules of herbs in the treatment of stroke in the ancient prescription.[Results] There were 1 143 prescriptions for the treatment of stroke in the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the prescriptions,the 1 126 prescriptions meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,including 579 Chinese medicines. The prescription of the medicine was analyzed frequently,the results showed that the most commonly used medicine for treating stroke in ancient times were "wind-expelling" herbs. The medicine were classified according to their efficacy,the frequency of usage was listed from high to low,which are diaphoretic herbs,tonify deficiency herbs,liver wind calm herbs,respectively;commonly used compatibility rules are expelling wind and activating blood circulation,warming yang and relieving exterior syndrome,warming yang and activating blood,etc.[Conclusion] In the treatment of stroke,doctors paid more attention to the usage of "wind-expelling herbs" and supplemented with the methods of promoting blood circulation,warming yang,dissipating phlegm,tonifying,inducing resuscitation,dredging collaterals methods which could provides reference for clinical treatment of stroke. |
