Abstract

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common digestive system disease in clinic. This paper discusses the therapeutic effect of regulating qi and medicine on the regulating qi of the disease from the theory of drug properties.The core of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease is to regulate the viscera qi.At the same time,attention should be paid to removing phlegm,heat,dampness,blood stasis,deficiency and other pathological factors.The use of drugs for regulating qi flow should be flexible and compatible,giving full play to the effect of reducing qi and removing phlegm,nourishing qi and nourishing dampness,promoting qi and activating blood circulation,tonifying qi and invigorating spleen. In combination with the development of modern pharmacological research,this paper provides a train of thought for the application of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. |
