Abstract
|
[Objective] Effects of different concentrations of cadmium stress on absorption and distribution of Cd and other 12 kinds of mineral nutrients in different organs of Ligusticum sinense sp. were studied by hydroponic experiments. The results would provide scientific basis for its safe utilization.[Methods] The contents of Cd,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,B,Mo,Mg,Ca,S,K,P and Na in fibrous roots, rhizomes, shoots and leaves of Ligusticum sinense sp.treated with 0,50,100 μmol/L CdCl2 were determined by ICP-MS.[Results] Under cadmium stress, the accumulation of Cd in different parts of Ligusticum sinense sp. was as follows:fibrous root > rhizome > shoot > leaf. Cadmium treatment can significantly affect the concentrations of inorganic elements in the organs of Ligusticum sinense sp.. As compared with controls,9,8,7,8 kinds of elements significantly changed in fibrous roots, rhizome, shoots, leaves, respectively.[Conclusion] There was a strong accumulation ability of cadmium in the medicinal and edible parts of Ligusticum sinense sp.. Under cadmium treatment, the balance of inorganic elements in 4 organs was significantly destroyed, which would affect its medicinal and edible quality. |
