Abstract

Drug sensitivity test is a common method to determine bacterial drug resistance. Effective and accurate bacterial sensitivity detection technology not only contributes to the correct use of antibiotics in clinical practice,but also can accelerate the development of new antimicrobial drugs. Traditional test methods have some limitations in the sensitivity determination of traditional Chinese medicine due to its complex composition and dark color. Microfluidic technology has its unique advantages in drug sensitivity test due to its miniaturization,high-pass quantization and integration. In this paper,the microfluidic drug sensitivity experiment chip system and method are summarized,which provides a new idea for its research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. |
