Abstract
    This paper introduces Professor LU Jingen's clinical experience in the treatment of anorectal diseases with traditional Chinese medicinal pairs. Professor LU believes that Rehmannia Glutinosa-Cortex Phellodendri amurense cold serum heat dehumidification treats damp-heat betting, heat urges blood to rush of first or second degree internal hemorrhoid bleeding; Radix Astragali-Radix Scrophulariae to nourish qi, nourish yin, increase fluid and promote the function of senile qi and yin deficiency constipation; Radix Bupleuri-Semen Lablab Album soothes the liver and relieves depression, invigorates the spleen and relieves diarrhea, treats diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency; Caulis Sargentodoxae-Paisinica Detoxify, clears away heat and toxins, promoting blood circulation and eliminating carbuncle, and can be uesd to treat ulcerative colitis caused by accumulation of damp-heat toxins and stagnation of qi and collateral; Fructus Kochiae-Cortex Dictamni clearing heat and removing dampness, dispelling wind and relieving itching, treating damp-heat betting, and anal pruritus with internal heat toxin. And proven clinical cases were subsequently presented.
