Abstract

Noncommunicable chronic diseases, referred to as "chronic diseases", mainly include cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which have become one of the major threats to the health of mankind. Therefore, the prevention of chronic diseases is particularly important. In this paper, the methods of preventing chronic diseases by traditional Chinese medicine are summarized into three levels, so as to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in disease prevention and health care, and to put forward ideas for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. |
