Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the relationship between the use of Xiakucao Oral Liquid and the postoperative incision infection. [Methods] The 202 patients with breast fibroadenoma were randomly divided into treatment group (101 cases) and control group (101 cases). Patients in the control group received routine treatment. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Xiakucao Oral Liquid on the first day after the surgery on the basis of routine treatment, and the treatment time was 4 weeks. The serum CRP, IL-2, IL-6, inflammatory reaction and swelling degree of incision, postoperative incision exudation, incision pain score, healing time, healing grade, hospitalization time and patient satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. [Results] The level of IL-2 and IL-6 in the treatment group decreased rapidly. The treatment group was superior to the control group in the inflammatory reaction and swelling degree of surgical incision, incision drainage volume, incision pain score and incision healing time. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The number of grade a healing in the treatment group was more than that in the control group, There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). [Conclusion] The application of Xiakucao Oral Liquid in fibroadenoma of breast surgery can effectively improve the postoperative stress response, relieve the postoperative incision inflammatory reaction, swelling degree and incision pain, reduce the amount of postoperative incision exudation, reduce the incidence of incision infection, shorten the healing time of patients' incision, and have no obvious adverse reactions. |
