Abstract
|
[Objective] Comparison of pharmacokinetics between female and male rats after single intragastric administration of isopsoralen. [Methods] Determination of rat plasma drug concentrations at different time points after single gavage of 56, 28, 14 and 7 mg/kg psoralen in female and male rats, and calculate the corresponding pharmacokinetic parameters. [Results] After a single intragastric administration of 4 different doses isopsoralen, there were differences in the t1/2, Cmax, AUC and other parameters in the plasma of rats of different gender. [Conclusion] There are gender differences in the pharmacokinetic characteristics of rats after intragastric administration of different concentrations of isopsoralen. |
