| This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor JIA Liujin in the treatment of thrombocytopenia. Professor JIA Liujin bases on the deficiency of both spleen and kidney, deficiency of qi and blood, the main pathogenesis of pathogenic heat forcing blood to act falsely. It is considered that the blood separated from the meridian must leave blood stasis, that is, "heat, deficiency and blood stasis" is the starting point for the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia. It is proposed to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors, and to treat children's immune thrombocytopenia by clearing away the remaining pathogenic factors, enriching blood and nourishing blood, and promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding, with remarkable curative effect. |
