Abstract

To introduce Director SHU Peng's experience in the treatment of lower limb lymphedema after gynecologic cancer surgery. Director SHU believes that the lower limb lymphedema after gynecologic cancer surgery belongs to the deficiency of the origin and excess of the standard. Based on "spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency" and "dampness stasis obstructing collaterals", the clinical self-made Jianpi Bushen Tongluo Formulation has achieved good effect with the addition and subtraction of symptoms. A typical case is attached, which is expected to enlighten the clinical treatment of lower limb lymphedema after gynecologic cancer surgery. |
