Abstract

Granulomatous mastitis belongs to the category of "mastitis" and "milk leakage" in Chinese medicine. The incidence mainly affects the liver, spleen, Chongren and other viscera and meridians. Professor CHEN Zhenlin mainly engaged in breast disease of basic and clinical research, through a large number of clinical practice and experience summary. He from differentiation of phlegm and stasis is of guiding significance to etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and so on. Professor CHEN on the basis of phlegm and blood stasis, eliminating dampness and phlegm, dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation, tonifying blood and removing blood stasis as a therapeutic principle, the treatment of granulomatous mastitis by Shugan Xiaoyong Decoction has achieved a good clinical effect. |
