Abstract
|
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a common respiratory disease in clinical practice. Its clinical incidence rate is high, and because of lack of effective treatment, the disease often develops progressively, and the prognosis is often deviant. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenic factor is mainly "blood stasis", and its pathogenesis is based on "obstruction of lung collaterals". Therefore, the treatment ideas and methods of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis are discussed from the perspective of blood stasis by using the syndrome differentiation and treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide reference for clinical practice, give play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and further expand the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. |
