Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the target and signaling pathway of invigorating spleen and expelling phlegm and blood formulation for coronary heart disease by means of network pharmacology, and to reveal the molecular mechanism of invigorating spleen and expelling phlegm and blood formulation for stable angina pectoris.[Methods] TCMSP, TCMID and TCM-PTD databases were used to retrieve the corresponding drug compounds. The drug targets were predicted by ChemMapper database. The related targets of coronary heart disease were retrieved by TTD, disgenet and human Phenotype Ontology database. The common targets of diseases and drugs were obtained by Venny diagram. The protein interaction model was constructed on the platform of functional protein binding network string. The target genes and metabolic pathways related to the treatment of coronary heart disease were obtained by enrichment analysis of the cluego plug-in of cytoscape.[Results] A total of 103 drug targets, 980 disease targets, 42 drug targets of invigorating spleen, eliminating phlegm and blood formulationwere related to coronary heart disease. Nine main drug components were screened and 25 related signaling pathways were predicted. On this basis, a common drug target-signaling pathway co-expression network was constructed.[Conclusion] Spleen-invigorating, phlegm-eliminating and blood formulation may intervene stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease through multi-target and multi-channel, and provide ideas and clues for follow-up basic and further clinical research. |
