| Abstract

| 1, 2:5, 6-Dianhydrogalactitol (DAG) and diacetyldianhydrogalactitol (DADAG) has strong pharmacological effects in antitumor, for leukemia, brain tumor, liver cancer, lung cancer is effective, especially in patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia. In view of its medical value, DAD and DADAG biological activity is diversiform, can achieve antitumor effect from several aspects, scholars have also to be applied to different types of cancer cells, greater application value in mining. By reviewing its effects and mechanisms on cancer, this paper hopes to fully reveal the possible application directions of DAG and DADAG, so as to provide enlightenment and ideas for their better application in clinical practice. |
