| Abstract

| [Objective] To explore the train of thought and medication rule of Professor HUANG Wenzheng in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy based on clinical case study.[Methods] Professor HUANG Wenzheng's outpatient clinic included 114 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine that met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic nephropathy. Professor HUANG Wenzheng's traditional Chinese medicine database for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy was established and analyzed by SPSS 24.0. The frequency analysis,efficacy classification analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of the drugs used by Professor HUANG Wenzheng in clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy were carried out. To explore the medication rule of Professor HUANG Wenzheng in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in order to further guide the clinical application.[Results] The 114 prescriptions and 147 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained. the total drug frequency reached 1 822,of which there were 43 drugs with frequency ≥ 12,and the total drug frequency was 1 475,accounting for 80.9% of the total drug frequency. Among them,the first 15 herbs with the highest frequency of use are Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza,Radix Castanopsis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Radix Rehmanniae,Poriae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae. According to the analysis of association rules,it is concluded that Professor HUANG Wenzheng's commonly used drugs in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. The 7 groups of drug sequences were obtained by cluster statistical analysis.[Conclusion] Professor HUANG Wenzheng carried out overall examination, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and symptomatic medication according to the different etiology and pathogenesis, disease stage,course of disease,disease progression and patient physique in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. |
