| Abstract

| Retinal artery occlusion(RAO) is one of the ophthalmic emergencies,which is easy to cause permanent damage of visual function and needs early treatment. At present,there is no standard treatment plan for this disease in Western medicine. According to the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,Chief Physician XIE Like put forward the "Tongqiao Mingmu method" to treat the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of RAO. Under this rule,the comprehensive treatment plan including Tongqiao Huoxue Mingmu Formulation,acupuncture, intravenous injection of traditional Chinese medicine,anterior chamber puncture,oxygen inhalation,intramuscular injection of adenosine cobalamin was determined,and good clinical results were obtained. |
