| Abstract

| Decline in ovarian reserve refers to the decrease in the number and/or quality of oocytes in the ovary, which affects menstruation and ovulation. Modern medicine mostly uses hormone replacement therapy or ovulation induction therapy,which is not easily accepted by patients. Once hormone replacement stops,the disease will recur. Professor JIN Zhe,based on the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),believes that kidney qi deficiency and liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome are the main clinical treatments for this disease, which are tonifying kidney,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,regulating Chongren qi and blood at the same time,combining egg-raising and oviposition promotion,paying attention to breathing and emotional intake.The clinical effect is remarkable. |
