| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe clinical efficacy of diabetic retinopathy with deficiency of both qi and yin treated with huayu mingmu compound combnied with xueshuantong for injection by iontophoresis.[Methods] The 84 cases (129 eyes) of diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The 42 cases (64 eyes) in the control group were treated with Xueshuantong for injection by direct current drug iontophoresis. The 42 cases(65 eyes) in the observation group were treated with Huayu Mingmu compound on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated for 8 weeks,to observe the clinical effect of two groups.[Results] Compared with before treatment,the curative effect,visual acuity,area of retinal hemorrhage spot and integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the two groups were improved significantly after treatment (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Huayu mingmu compound combined with xueshuantong for injection by iontophoresis is better than Xueshuantong for injection by iontophoresis alone in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
