| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To establish head-space-gas chromatography(HS-GC-MS) fingerprint analysis method for quality control of Inulae Herba.[Methods] The volatile components and the common peaks are identified by head-space(HS) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) in 22 batches of Inulae Herba from different origins. The similarity evaluation system was used to evaluate the quality difference of Inulae Herba from different origins.[Results] Finally, the 104 chemical constituents are identified, mainly including terpenes, aldehydes and other types. There are similarities and differences in the components of 22 batches of samples. The 13 common peaks including terpenes, aldehydes, alcohols and other chemical components are identified by GC-MS in 22 batches of Chinese herbal medicine.[Conclusion] The established HS-GC-MS fingerprint analysis method is stable and can provide the basis for the quality control and evaluation of Inulae Herba. |
