Abstract
    Professor LI Jingxiao believes that body fluid internal consumption and the development of asthenia and dryness are the basic pathogenesis of dry arthritis. Loss of yin and yang in the kidneys, lack of fluid distribution are the basis of its pathogenesis, the spleen and stomach are not transported, dampness and dryness are the key to the pathogenesis, and the infusion of five fluids is a pathogen that cannot be ignored. It mainly focuses on invigorating the kidney and spleen, replenishing qi and nourishing yin, and taking into account the yin and yang of the five internal organs is its diagnosis and treatment experience. In clinic, Professor LI often takes Shengyang Yiwei Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills for treatment, and takes corresponding life interventions. This article clarifies Professor LI's unique views from the perspective of etiology and pathogenesis, and reports a case of Professor LI's treatment.
