Abstract
Summarize the clinical experience of Director CHENG Yongming in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) with Lingnan painless bee acupuncture therapy. By reviewing the relevant Chinese medicine literature, following the teacher's clinical evidence, sorting out the medical record, etc., this paper summarizes and analyzes director CHENG Yongming's clinical experience in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome from the aspects of theoretical basis, acupuncture characteristics and acupoint selection characteristics. Director CHENG Yongming believes that in the unique climate and cultural environment of Lingnan, CFS has obvious regional characteristics. Based on the classic theory of "dampness leads to deficiency of yang", the disease should be treated with "dampness". Director CHENG Yongming proposed the principles of "re-gasification" and "re-transportation" based on the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Under the guidance of this principle, bee therapy selected acupoints to treat CFS and achieved satisfactory results. Director CHENG Yongming improved the traditional bee therapy technique, guided the selection of bee acupuncture points based on the classic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and applied painless bee acupuncture treatment for CFS, and achieved satisfactory results. It has clinical exploration and promotion significance.
