| Suanzaoren Decoction was first found in Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which is often used to treat insomnia caused by deficiency of liver and blood, deficiency and heat by later generations. But it is ineffective sometimes. Based on the textual research on the works of the contract period in the aspects of prescription medication, deficiency and excess tonifying and reducing, the author thinks that Suanzaoren Decoction is the internal friction of yin and blood in the later stage of febrile disease, and its cube meaning is quite different from that of chronic deficiency disease. It is a starting point to explore the difference in connotation of exogenous and internal injury between Han and Jin dynasties and today, in order to clarify the source and guide clinical legislative prescription. |
